The Advanced Integrative Molecular Probe Collaboration utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to create cutting-edge imaging agents. Their molecular probes aim to diagnose, monitor, and cure complex diseases early.
Blending chemistry and physics, the Gloeggler Lab explores spin phenomena in magnetic resonance. They develop innovative molecular contrast agents and equipment to visualize real-time metabolism and understand human diseases
A dedicated hub for artificial intelligence in radiology, the Kuriki Lab develops, validates, and deploys advanced AI tools designed to maximize clinical efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
A curated collection of free, web-based statistical tools designed for radiology researchers, offering easy access to common analyses without the need for coding or specialized software.
Molecular Imaging Mini Course
The Resource for Molecular Imaging and Precision Medicine is developing a mini-course on Molecular Imaging, featuring our TR&D and Collaborative Project Investigators. We plan to offer this course as an adjunct session to a national meeting, providing an opportunity for investigators to meet and interact with the broader molecular imaging community in person.
Check back for updates on our first mini-course offering, which is planning to debut in the 2023-2024 academic year!

Meet the Team

Aline Thomas, PhD
Dr. Aline Thomas is an Assistant Professor within the MR Research division at Johns Hopkins University whose research program develops translatable imaging tools for prostate applications. Her role in the P41 is to develop and implement strategies to increase the engagement, recruitment and retention of imaging scientists at training and early-career stages.

Lilja Solnes, MD, MBA
Lilja Solnes is a Professor of Radiology and an expert in Nuclear Medicine. Having served as the Chief of Nuclear Medicine at Johns Hopkins and Director of the Radiotheranostic Center, she is now a leader in clinical translation at UT Southwestern. Dr. Solnes specializes in the implementation of novel PET/CT imaging and radiotheranostics. Her work focuses on bringing cutting-edge therapeutic agents into clinical practice, ensuring that precision molecular imaging directly informs patient care and treatment strategy.
Radiology Futures Program
The annual Radiology Futures Program is dedicated to empowering youth by opening doors to the vast world of medical imaging and precision medicine. Aimed at students in grades 6-12, the program’s mission is to provide early exposure to the diverse career paths within radiology—including research, technology, nursing, and administration. Through hands-on activities and interactive simulations, we aim to spark curiosity and equip the next generation with the vision to pursue successful careers in healthcare and scientific discovery.
